One RFQ, from request to purchase order

The same four steps for every purchase — and a record of each one.

  1. Send the RFQ

Paste the request from an email or type it. Each supplier gets a private link, in their own language.

Invitation · reply by 6 Nov

  2. Collect the quotes

Suppliers fill in a short form or reply with a PDF. Clarix reads it, in Arabic or English, and takes VAT out where it was included.

    quote.pdf → 2,500 SAR/unit excl. VAT

  3. Compare line by line

Every quote side by side, excluding VAT, next to each supplier's last price and the market average.

    −4% against the market

  4. Approve and send the PO

When the AI's pick passes your rules, Clarix approves it and emails the purchase order. When it doesn't, it waits for you and says why.

Built for how quotes actually arrive

Reads the quotes you really get

Scanned PDFs, Arabic-Indic digits, prices that include VAT, line totals with no unit price. Anything it isn't sure of is flagged; anything it can't read goes to you.

In our tests on 22 deliberately messy sample quotes, every unit price it returned was correct.

Ranks on one basis

Every quote is compared excluding VAT, with VAT as its own line. Missing lines are flagged, never quietly ignored.

Approves inside your limits

Delivery days, spend limit, supplier score, warranty. Above the spend limit, a manager decides. Turn it off any time.

Explains every decision

Invitations, quotes, recommendations and approvals land on one timeline: who, when, and which rule allowed it.

  1. 4 suppliers invited

  2. Quote received from Al Rashid by email

  3. AI recommended Al Rashid

  4. Auto-approved: passed delivery, warranty and spend rules

Arabic first, not translated

The whole app, the supplier form and every email switch to Arabic, right to left, with Saudi VAT and Western digits.

Questions buyers ask

Do my suppliers need an account?

No. Each supplier gets a private link to a short form, in Arabic or English, or simply replies to the email with a PDF.

How is VAT handled?

Prices are stored excluding VAT, so quotes compare fairly. Your VAT rate (15% by default) is added as its own line on comparisons, the supplier form and the purchase order.

What does auto-approval actually approve?

Only the AI's pick, and only when it passes every rule you set. Anything else waits for you, with the reason. You can switch it off.

Can the AI misread a PDF?

It can. It flags what it isn't sure of, a quote it can't read reliably comes to you for manual entry, and you can correct any line before awarding.

Who can see our data?

Each account sees only its own RFQs and suppliers; the database enforces it. Supplier links are unguessable and open only that one RFQ.

What does it cost?

Pricing isn't final. The plans page shows illustrative tiers, and you can join the waitlist there.
